World of Wonders is a nonprofit
child day care center which is licensed by the Ohio Department of Job and
Family Services. Child
care
services are provided for children ages 6 weeks to 12 years of age. Programs include: full time child care for children ages
6 weeks to 5 years, before and after school care and summer programs for
school-age children ages 5 to 12 years (kindergarten through 4th grade), and a
part-time pre-k for ages 4-5 which will include 2 full days/3 full days.
The licensing law and rules are
available at the Center and a copy for review may be requested from the
Executive Director. The Center’s licensing record, including licensing
inspection reports and complaint investigations, as well as evaluation forms
from the health, building, and fire departments that inspect the Center, are
available upon request from the Ohio Department of Job and Family
Services. Licensing inspection
reports and substantiated complaint investigation reports for the current
licensing period are posted on the bulletin board above the parent information
table in the main hallway for review by all parents and guardians in the
Center.

The licensed capacity for each age
category is noted on the Center’s license which is posted in the office.
It is unlawful for an administrator,
licensee, or child-care staff member to discriminate in the enrollment of
children based upon race, color, religion, sex, or national origin or
disability in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, 104
